Recently voted the most influential DJ of the last twenty-five years by dance music bible Mixmag, Carl has been there, seen that and done it all. From making his name at the late 80’s orbital acid house raves, championing the underground sound of techno, being one of the first international ambassadors of dance music as well as being the only DJ in the world to bring in the Millennium twice by traversing two different time zones. From performing to over a million people at Germany’s infamous Love Parade to rocking Ibiza each an every weekend during the summer season whilst touring the globe with his massive ‘Carl Cox & Friends’ parties and still have just as much, if not more enthusiasm for his job twenty five years later! In the third of our exclusive South West Four video interviews we caught up with superstar DJ Nic Fanciulli at the studio he shares with his Skylark production partner Andy Chatterley to discuss the releases of their new album ‘I-Panik’ alongside touring with James Zabiela, his summer residencies, why he likes performing in London and of course, this summers South West Four Festival!
