Rangoli is a type of artwork in India where a colored brick with a texture like chalk is broken into fine crumbs and dropped onto a surface. The designs are usually something symmetrical displayed outside a home or in a business' reception area. Our office held a rangoli contest and four departments competed. Here is one of the entries.
