Two innovation and marketing specialists will introduce new concepts for sales and marketing teams that drive sales throughproduct innovation combined with the utilization of below the line marketing and sales tactics that can be used by companies of all sizes. Dara MacCaba (Lucid360) and Rand Han (360 Bloody Amazing) will utilize case studies and interactive tools to engage the audience to produce a great dialogue between the guests and presenters.

Rand Han, co-founder Bloody Amazing, will cover traditional advertising and marketing as it applies to Chinese culture, and how China social media is taking a greater part in future China campaigns. Shows companies the importance of understanding the market, and how small teams can take advantage of the newest most cost effective online/social media methods to get your message heard in China.

Rand is the founder of BA360. He started this company in late 2005, and since then they have grown from a copywriting/localization company to a marketing, advertising, and communications support agency for partners and clients from around the world.

BA360 is a small company of 10+ people, give or take. Dara MacCaba is founder of Lucid360, an international consultancy that integrates Psychological Deep Dives with the dynamics of Private Online Innovation Communities. A global network of researchers and innovators trained in these methods and best practices deliver insights, strategic direction and innovative concepts to multi-national corporations in both mature and emerging markets. Dara has previously held managing director positions developing psychological methods with Prof Gerald Zaltman of the Harvard Business School in the US and later with TMRC Research in China. He has also been responsible for delivering innovative branding, product, and retail solutions for MNCs while at ?What If!, a leading global innovation consultancy. Dara has enjoyed participating on the boards of the Yale Club of Boston, the Yale Club of Shanghai, the Irish Business Forum of Shanghai, and Next Step Directory. Dara is a native of Ireland and a graduate of Yale University
