Corporate Responsibility

Making a difference with entrepreneurs

Through the Corporate Responsibility Fellows Program, Ernst & Young is dedicating its best resources – our talented, experienced people – to improving the success of promising entrepreneurs in underserved communities, in an effort to create scalable, sustainable economic value. Our Fellows leverage their workplace skills on three-month projects for promising entrepreneurs in South America at no charge to the businesses.

Cecilia (above, right), an Advisory senior manager from Seattle, WA, is currently in Montevideo, Uruguay helping a chain of franchised ladies’ clothing stores with designing and implementing a forecasting process, and developing management reports and dashboards. Enjoying her time in South America, Cecilia shares that, “I am always inspired when I meet with entrepreneurs and witness their creativity, persistence and energy.”

For the second year in a row, EY sponsored PINK Magazine’s Top Women list.
